I like the strength of the shadows on this. Don't quite understand the link with "hidden". Maybe something hiding from me.
mystery..the shadows—so tortuous, the blinds across the windows, the horizontals—so grounding...this reminds me of my childhood, of days spent at my aunt's house (which looked very much like this photo). It speaks to me, like something way back in time I need to go explore.

Oh, I LOVE this! I'm very partial to shadows of one thing on another, especially nature on buildings.
